Description of the activity
This exchange is the first meeting which include students too. It will last for 7 days and will start with international evening in the evening of first day. All students will be on the stage with their dances and some traditional types of foods. At first day every partner will present school, city, county, education system. Pupils will spend their times together with host students. They will observe the classes, join the usual school programmes, they will use English as communication language. The teachers are teachers of English and other subjects, who have been selected for participation. They will coordinate students' work and participate in the same activities and workshops as them, to gain topic-related knowledge and share practices and opinions with other teachers. Topic of the exchange: Stereotypical thinking and discrimination: common stereotypes related to nationalities; direct, indirect, multiple discrimination; forms of discrimination and their effects - xenophobia, homophobia, and transphobia. Activities - the exchange will include several types of activities: A12. – Welcoming guests, tour of the school A13. - Cultural events - welcoming artistic programme, presentations of countries, schools, regions, towns, international evening, traditional evening, guided tour of tourist attractions in the area. A14. Meetings with NGOs and local authorities - discussing the topics at local level and the measures taken to address them. A15. Topic-related activities - students will make the presentations in front of the other participants, they discuss the situations, make comparisons, express opinions and suggest solutions; seminars, workshops and activities on the topic of the exchange (run by teachers with expertise or NGO partners), interactive games, role plays A16. creating outcomes by students - students will work in multicultural teams and create posters of the activities developed in LTTA, create campaign posters to raise awareness about the issues of stereotyping and discrimination (also used as a tool for evaluating the impact) Evaluation activities will involve completing initial surveys and final surveys by students and teachers as well; feedback forms in order to measure the progress of the event, Euro pass Mobility documents, certificates of attendance.

Exchanging and visiting teachers is an exceedingly vital moment for some of motives. All of the project will be analyze once ahain and schedule definitely. - enable teachers to acquire know-how to solve problems in this category in their schools, organize awareness-raising campaigns and school events on various occasions such as Europe Day, International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, International Removal Day violence against women. They will co-ordinate the art, poetry, photography, and creative activities of students, thus increasing awareness of discrimination. They will see how students from different countries react to the same content. Moreover, teachers will exchange practices with their European colleagues, will better know their culture, traditions and what distinguishes them from other cultures on the European scene. Contact with colleagues from other countries will put students in real situations of communication in English, which will help them improve their language skills. They will have to actively listen to others, read various written materials in English, write in English to fill out feedback forms and evaluation forms, speak for presentations and to express their opinions, agreement, disagreement, give arguments
