Description of the activity
This teacher training will take place in TURKEY. The project approaches an international issue of topicality that has a somewhat European dimension. Stereotypes and discrimination have reached epic proportions in recent years across Europe, and people across Europe are caught up in this mentality and tendency to apply a pattern of thinking to different categories of people before they get to know them properly. During student exchanges within the LTTAs, pupils will find out about the types of discrimination, the stereotypes referring to European nationalities, the dangers and the results of stereotypes and discrimination. They will learn about the national and European bodies dealing with these issues about those help lines for students and the elderly who are victims of more or less discrimination. They will also learn valuable lessons about gender equality, racial and religious equality. They will be organized in such a way that students continue to develop as open European citizens who do not judge people by appearances and origins. The project aims to cover 5 main areas that require monitoring and progress reports. If one of the areas is not treated properly, it may affect the correct implementation or success of the project. These are: I PROJECT MANAGEMENT 1. the designation and implementation of methodologies - selection of participants, communication, reporting 2. Financial management 3. Risk management 4. Monitoring and evaluation of activities and results 5. Organizing and participating in TMs II SELECTION AND PREPARATION OF PARTICIPANTS III ORGANISATION OF MAIN ACTIVITIES (C1-C4) IV ELABORATION OF TANGIBLE RESULTS V DISSEMINATION 1. Creating the website and updates 2. Creating of e-twinning space 3. Designing materials - brochures, flyers, posters, banners 4. Dissemination meetings 5. Elaboration of sustainability plan This is a chronological and logical sequence of project activities, most of the management documents must be done at the beginning of the project so that we have coherence throughout the project. The selection, communication and cooperation methodologies, reporting, evaluation, dissemination plans and spending plans will be developed at that time, but they can be adjusted and updated throughout the project as needed. Project resources will be identified and allocated in due time.

Temporal resources II SELECTION AND PREPARATION OF PARTICIPANTS III ORGANISATION OF MAIN ACTIVITIES (C1-C4) and IV ELABORATION OF TANGIBLE RESULTS often overlap, although there are materials which will be improved and finalised after each LTTA. V DISSEMINATION is a very important stage of the project, which the effect is multiplied, reaching the large audiences, within our institutions and beyond our partnership. At the end of the project, a sustainability plan is set up to ensure the multiplication of the results
