promote the active involvement of students in the social life on the topic of stereotyping and discrimination,
strengthen the relationship between schools and local NGOs who are addressing the same issues
Our expected results are:
The project will lead our students to overcome several images and prejudices by first making them aware of them and then, as a second step, by introducing some methods which will help them overcome the prejudices.
These questions will find their answers through the activities of the project: Where do they come from? To what extent are we aware of our own image represented in other countries? What about self-perception and perception by others?
The project will lead students and local community to understand others “ How people live/ How people believe and pray/How people entertain/How people Work/How people educate”.
Also at the end of the project we will reach:
Creating the frame for European schools to work on the theme of stereotype and prejudices in order to overpass them.
